Adornments with a story since 2011
I've been making handmade, unique jewellery inspired by folklore and ritual for over fourteen years, with over 10,000 sales on both Etsy and my independent shop and over 2,900 five star reviews on Etsy.
I am a writer and jewellery designer and maker based in Kirkwall in Orkney, Scotland. All hand-made pieces are created one at a time in my workshop and home. I'm serenaded by the wind, waves, and sea birds on this wild edge of the North Sea.
Though I'm now living in Scotland, I came of age on the West Coast of the U.S. and that sunny nostalgia and the cultural hybridity of Cali still brighten my imagination.
I work with copper, sterling silver, and carefully chosen semi-precious stones. Sometimes I use fire polished and pressed Czech glass and antiqued brass findings. I combine recycled fragments of vintage jewellery and rosaries. I collaborate with Green Girl and am the sole European seller of Nicole Piar's Spirit Cats Oracle Deck.
My shop is a two-person family operation. I design, make, and photograph the pieces myself. My partner Michael answers queries/conversations, packs up orders, and posts parcels to my lovely customers all around the world.
I value every customer, and we always strive to answer queries the same day. All items come gift wrapped as well.
