Shipping Information

Shipping prices on jewellery orders are as follows:

- FREE to addresses in the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service

- £10 to addresses in the EU/Europe via International Tracked Royal Mail

- £12 to addresses in the USA and Canada via International Tracked Royal Mail

- £12 to addresses in Australia and New Zealand via International Tracked Royal Mail

Estimated shipping times:
United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes

As of 29 August 2025, orders sent to the USA are charged a 10% import tariff + handling fee, which we collect from you at checkout and pay on your behalf.

As the UK is no longer a member of the EU, international customs fees, taxes, and/or VAT are now being charged by many countries on purchases made from UK companies like ourselves. European buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.
